HOW MANY ACCOUNTS CAN I CREATE?
You can create an unlimited number of accounts. Yet, it is prohibited to create new
accounts to receive fake partner commissions. If we find out about this type of an
action on your behalf, your accounts will be blocked, and your funds will be frozen.
CAN I ADD OR UPDATE MY WALLET ADDRESSES?
Yes, you can do that. This option is available on the
“Profile” webpage. You need to input the data on this
page.
WHAT DATA IN THE ACCOUNT CAN BE CHANGED AFTER THE REGISTRATION?
After the registration, you can add your wallets, change your password. You cannot
change your email address or your sponsors and partners. Technical support operators
cannot do that either until the input details are invalid.
MY ACCOUNT WAS STOLEN. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO NOW?
At first, use the
'Password Recovery' option. If
this will not be enough, please contact us via support center to provide your
personal and account details. Please contact us only from the e-mail address you
have used at registration.
MY FAMILY MEMBERS USE THE SAME COMPUTER AS ME. CAN EACH OF US OPEN A
Poratech-Trade ACCOUNT?
Yes, each of you can open a Poratech-Trade account
considering that you won't have referral relationships.
CAN I DELETE MY OWN ACCOUNT? IF NOT, WHY AM I NOT PERMITTED TO DELETE MY
ACCOUNT?
No, a user account cannot be deleted. All account information is encrypted. It is
not available for other users or company staff, and cannot be used for the purposes
that have not been agreed upon with the user. Therefore, deleting an account does
not make sense, and is technically impossible.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY ACCOUNT BALANCES?
You can sign in to your account and check your balance in "Available Balance" column
on the
Deposit list.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

HOW FREQUENTLY ARE YOU UPDATING MY ACCOUNT?
You can access the member’s private area 24 hours a day, 365 days a year over the
internet and keep track on all your account actions: Investments / withdraw /
interest / balance statistics, affiliate earnings, and currently working, everything
is updated in a real time.
HOW DO I MAKE MY FIRST INVESTMENT?
In order to make an investment with us, you must first become our registered member.
Once you are registered, you can always sign in to your private & secure account
area using your username and password you first signed up with and make your
investment. You will need to click on "Make deposit" in the center, there you can
choose a payment method and follow the page simple instructions to complete your
investment. The transaction is secure, fast and convenient (takes around 5 minutes).
HOW DO I KNOW THE HISTORY OF MY ACCOUNT TRANSACTIONS?
Enter the investor area and in the member menu you can see the history of your

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH YOU?
Opening account with us is absolutely free. There are no hidden costs and no
maintenance fees.
CAN OTHER MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY OPEN AN ACCOUNT AND USE IT FROM THE SAME COMPUTER
THAT I USE?
Yes, they can. But, accounts must have different names and email address. This is a
prevention of creating numerous accounts and making deposits through your own
referral link.
CAN I CREATE AN OFFICIAL LOCAL TELEGRAM COMMUNITY CHAT OF MY COUNTRY?
Only an active representative with at least 500 members in his/her chat, can apply
his Telegram super group as an official Poratech-Trade
community. An additional moderator rights will be requested and visual updates will
be made to your group appearance.
I DONʼT WANT MY INFORMATION TO BE SHARED AT LEADERBOARD AND STATISTICS, WHAT
SHOULD I DO?
Unfortunately, your profile cannot be removed manually from the statistic. However if you feel that your name should
not be displayed on the statistical data, please contact our support team in order
to follow username removal procedure (where investor will be shown as “Private”
only).
